Matthew Palanca’s legacy is deeply rooted in entrepreneurship, shaped by the influence of his grandfathers, Carlos Palanca Sr. and Matthew J. Gatti, as well as his own impactful career. As the founder of The Palanca Organization, Matthew channels his vast expertise in real estate development to drive the company’s expansion. His education, strategic insight, and business savvy ensure the successful execution and growth of his ventures.

Based in Orange County, California, Matthew actively manages The Palanca Organization’s diverse property portfolio. His hands-on approach covers every facet of the company’s operations, from deal evaluation and pre-development planning to construction, branding, and property management.

Matthew’s journey in real estate began with a solid foundation at Gatti Productions, a leading global live entertainment company. He advanced from accounting manager to VP of legal and business affairs, gaining invaluable experience that he later applied to his own ventures.

In 2012, driven by his passion for real estate, Matthew established The Palanca Group at Keller Williams Realty. Under his leadership, the group rapidly became one of the top producers in the area. The launch of the North Tustin office further cemented its success, consistently ranking among the top three for closed units and volume. Matthew’s personal sales have approached $100 million.

By 2020, Matthew had made significant strides in real estate, acquiring and managing nearly 200 multifamily units and several commercial properties in West Texas. His current projects span California, Arizona, Texas, Hawaii, and international locations, with The Palanca Organization expanding into major developments, construction supplies, luxury real estate sales, and global ventures.

Matthew’s commitment extends beyond business. He is deeply involved in community service, dedicating time to the Fred Jordan Mission in LA to support the homeless. Recognized as a Cultural Icon by Keller Williams Yorba Linda/North Tustin, Matthew has also led initiatives like a surfing ministry, blending his love for surfing with community outreach to teach local children and foster a spirit of compassion.
